Merry Christmas!

Welcome everyone!
I have been wanting to start something like this that everyone can view to see what's going on with the Clan, so I'm giving it a shot! My hopes are to make this a nice, user-friendly place where even our grandparents can come and look around with no problems. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or input! And most of all- ENJOY!
I hope that this holiday season finds everyone HAPPY and HEALTHY. We are finding ourselves happy, healthy, blessed and BUSY as ever! Today set off the kid's Christmas vacations, which will be a nice little break for all of us. But there is no rest for the soccer players! Johnny & Angel's soccer tournaments continue throughout Christmas and the New Year. Although it can be a lot of work to truck around the 3 little ones, we enjoy getting bundled up and watching their games. We also enjoy the time we get to spend with Grandma Daisy and "Skipper".
This Christmas, we decided to keep it as low-key as possible in the hopes to make it more enjoyable for the 7 of us. There are so many friends, family members and relatives that we would LOVE to see every year, but unfortunately it is nearly impossible to do without breaking the bank and/or the mood. Please know that if we don't get to see you, it isn't for lack of love!
So, we will be spending this Christmas Eve here in town with my mom's side of the family, where each person draws a name and we do a gift exchange. For this, my Grandparent's drive from Arizona and we all just hang out, eat and be merry! My favorite part of Christmas is the morning spent with the kids! Watching their bright smiles and hearing their sweet laughs as they open their gifts. Meanwhile dad & I drink our coffee in front of the fire and enjoy the moments which will go so fast. Christmas afternoon we will have Andrew's parents, sister and grandparents over for warm, loving company and dinner. Nice.
I hope that you all enjoy your Christmas... may your days be merry and bright! =) Let me know what think of our blog!
